1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReplyForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
ReplyForge is an AI-powered tool that helps you manage and respond to social media messages and comments. The service includes:
- AI-generated reply suggestions for DMs and comments
- Unified inbox for connected social media accounts
- Approval workflows for sensitive messages
- Analytics and reporting on conversation activity
- Negative feedback detection and flagging
3. Account Registration
To use ReplyForge, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
ReplyForge is offered on a subscription basis. Key billing terms:
- Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. Contact support for exceptional circumstances
- Price Changes: We will notify you 30 days before any price changes
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ReplyForge to:
- Send spam, harassment, or abusive messages
- Violate any social media platform's terms of service
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Distribute malware or malicious content
- Engage in any illegal activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
6. Social Media Platform Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of ReplyForge complies with the terms of service of any connected social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). ReplyForge is not affiliated with these platforms.
7. AI-Generated Content
ReplyForge provides AI-generated reply suggestions. Important disclaimers:
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all messages before they are sent
- AI suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate
- We recommend enabling approval workflows for sensitive topics
- You retain full responsibility for all content sent from your accounts
8. Intellectual Property
ReplyForge and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.
You retain ownership of your content. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
ReplyForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
