When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). We also store your workspace settings and preferences.

Social Media Data

When you connect your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), we access:

  • Direct messages and comments on your pages
  • Basic profile information of people who message you
  • Your page metadata (name, profile picture)

We only access data necessary to provide our reply automation service. We do not access your personal social media feeds or private posts.

Usage Data

We collect analytics data about how you use ReplyForge, including pages visited, features used, and conversation volume. This helps us improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide AI-powered reply suggestions for your messages and comments
  • Train our AI models to better match your voice and tone
  • Detect and flag negative feedback, complaints, or urgent messages
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send you important service updates and notifications
  • Improve and optimize our product

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate (hosting, payment processing, analytics)
  • AI Providers: Our AI models process message content to generate replies (data is not retained by AI providers)
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Conversation data is retained for 90 days by default for analytics purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Social media tokens are encrypted. Access to production data is restricted and logged.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Disconnect social media accounts at any time

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We use analytics cookies (which you can opt out of) to understand product usage. We do not use advertising cookies.
